Armadale Plain Yogurt is a natural yogurt with no additives or preservatives,  therefore it is runny or “pourable”.   The milk is always fresh, used within minutes of the cows being milked.  Our yogurt is pasteurized, but not homogenized.  We do as little processing as possible.  After pasteurization, live probiotic culture is added, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbruecki subsp. bulgaricus.  Available in 500 ml, 1 kg and 2 kg sizes.
