Our Cheddar is a farmstead cheddar, being more flavourful compared to store bought cheese.  The combination of quality milk and small batches gives it a unique edge.  Available in Mild, Medium and Aged Cheddar.  Note our Medium and Aged Cheddar are generally taste sharper then grocery store brands.
