Blueberry season is here! Check out this recipe for a quick blueberry cheesecake made with Quark cheese!
Quark No Bake Cheesecake
250g Quark1 can of condensed milk1
/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Whip Quark until fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat well. Add lemon juice and vanilla and beat well.
Pour into 8×8 square pan or prepared graham cracker pie plate.
Refrigerate overnight. Top with a fruit topping of your choice.
We find blueberries work well, but you can use any fruit. Enjoy!
