These pinwheel sandwiches are a hit at any gathering! Soooo easy.

Ingredients:1 package of large tortillas (10)

Choice of deli meats
(we used a selection of sliced deli meats from The Country Butcher and Adolf’s Butcher Shop)

500 g Quark cheese

Spinach or lettuce

Green onions

Seasoning – we used Epicure dip mix. You can also use a combination of herbs and spices, like garlic and chives (and salt- see note below)

Pro tip: Quark is naturally low in salt. When not using it for baking, adding 1/2 tsp of salt per 500 g will enhance the flavour.
