“You have the best curds outside of Quebec!”  We love hearing the wonderful compliments about our curds!  Known as “squeeky cheese”, curds are a favourite among young and old alike.  Fresh made every week, the combination of salty and squeeky makes it a great compliment to beer, soups, even a salad, and of course poutine!
