Feta

Our Feta is made from Cow’s milk and has a milder taste than that made from goat’s milk. It is a brined curd cheese, meaning the curd is pressed, brined, then cut and packaged.  The result is a soft and tangy, salty cheese.  Feta is typically used in salads, pizza, soup, pasta, tossed with roasted vegetables.  Or, serve it on it’s own with olives, pepper and flat bread.  We offer two varieties of Feta- plain and italian.  The italian has basil, garlic and sundried tomatoes.
